Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy is a form of communication leading to relief from emotional distress, finding solutions to issues, and changing thoughts, behaviors and beliefs about others and oneself. I work integratively, drawing predominately on psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches, as well as some CBT and mindfulness techniques. My ultimate priority is to create a safe and accepting space where clients feel encouraged to gain a better understanding of themselves.
